The Harrell Architects Team

Our professional staff includes licensed Architects and Interior Designers along with degreed interns in both fields.

To help us continuously expand our talents and capabilities, continuing education for the Harrell Architects team is stressed at every level. Progress for licensing of our interns is strongly encouraged.

Perry Harrell, AIA, ACHA - Principal Mr. Harrell is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with both Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Architecture degrees. He has been a licensed Architect in the State of Texas since 1985 and a Texas licensed Interior Designer since 1993. Mr. Harrell is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is also a certified Healthcare Architect through The American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA).
Marty Comeaux, AIA, NCARB - Principal Mr. Comeaux is a graduate of The University of Houston with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree. He has been a licensed Architect in the State of Texas since 1998 and maintains multiple states licenses.  He is a member of The American Institute of Architects (AIA) and The National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB)
Carl Butler - Senior Project Manager Mr. Butler is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree.  He is the 2008 Chair of AIA Houston's Committee of Architects for Health, The President of Houston Architectural and Engineering Bowling League and Member of the Architectural Reference Club.  Carl joined Harrell Architects in 2007.  His experience is in healthcare and laboratory projects.
Stacey Bock, RID, IIDA -Interior Designer Ms. Bock is a graduate of the Art Institute of Houston with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.  She is a Licensed Interior Designer in the State of Texas and has worked at Harrell Architects since 2007.  Ms. Bock is also a member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA).
